Irish Fair in the Square

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Market Square.

Each year Market Square Merchants Association presents the ultimate St. Patrick's Day party! Celebrate your Irish heritage (Hey, everyone is Irish for one day of the year!) in the historic Market Square.

When the parade ends at 2:00 pm, join the tradition and the ONLY St. Patrick's Day street party in Pittsburgh. The green beer will flow; enjoy the products and food of our street vendors and dance the afternoon away with a free concert.

Looking for a break from the Parade prior to 2:00 pm? Swing into the Square from 10am-1pm to enjoy the family-friendly St. Patrick's Day Parade Fest with entertainment from street performers, live music from parade participants, and catch lunch and a drink at one of the more than dozen restaurants and outdoor cafes in the New Historic Market Square.
